If you try to reason them they will say that you also believe the earth is flat, that you suffer a mental illness such as schizophrenia, that you don't believe viruses exist and you also don't believe humans exist (or some similar fallacy), that it's some glowie conspiracy to make real conspiracy looks dumb like with flat earth (again), they will act agressive, reject your sources as unreliable, and stop replying when you ask them any sources or to back up their "facts".
The patterns are all very similar, it's like they are programmed to answer in a certain way to specific stimulus.
