Dark matter might be related to neutrinos or smaller particles like hydrinos floating in interstellar space. On the other hand, since the physics community still hasn't figured out Doppler shift (or won't admit that it knows how to correctly compute Doppler shift because that would topple special relativity), it could be that that's what's fucking up the rotation curves, and properly accounting for Doppler shift would correct the issue.
I might run the calculations for myself at some point if it's possible to get ahold of the data to do so.
