The answer is using a hypergeometric series. It is transcendental.

Yes, $r = -\frac{52662308}{36992197}$ solves it.
Using (((real arithmetic))), some kike might tell you that this actually comes out to something like $10^{-14}$ if you plug it into the equation. But we all know that numbers that small don't actually exist, so it has to be exactly zero.
