Working out should definitely help your organism balance your energy levels or whatever.
Also don't deprive yourself of sleep. Sleep in chunks of 90-minutes in order to maximize the chances you wake up in the end/start of a sleeping cycle. (i.e sleep 6, 7:30, 9 hours etc. also compensate for the time you need to get to sleep)
Don't drink shitty stuff. Water is the only thing you need.
Don't eat shitty stuff.
Limit your intake of stimulants, even coffee. Your body should learn to work without them, it's healthier.
