Universities cover nothing in the first place at the undergraduate level. It is a waste of time, you are better of learning from a book or papers if you want to serious study something. From there, take any generic BS degree, then doing some research experience, then getting into a graduate track tertiary for whatever you want to develop. Don't fall for the meme that undergrad has value. It's meant to suck as much cash out of you as possible.
