idea is putting the malt extract in 3 petri dishes and leaving them out in my kitchen, fridge and bedroom over night open to get some spores there. is this a terrible idea and how do i avoid bacterial growth?

i am specifically looking for a dark green mold, a whitish mold and maybe something red/yellow. Are there any molds known to create spider looking webs? how do i achieve those water droplets on mold that sometimes appears? how do i keep the desired cultures alive indefinitely? how do i figure out what molds i am dealing with? thanks boys :)
