New South Wales (937), followed by Queensland (784), Victoria (717), Western Australia (418) and South Australia (251).

Victoria 276/5 = 55.2 each month so far this year. If this year continues the total will be about 55.2*12 = 662.4 which is less than the 717 of 2019.
NSW 444/5= 88.8 each month so far this year. If this year continues the total will be about 88.8*12 = 1065.6 which is more than the 937 of 2019.
Have the lockdowns in NSW been particularly brutal?
