Fluids: Drink only water

Sleep: Sleep during the night and stick to your sleep schedule
General: Try and form good habits that you stick to no matter what. Sleep and eat at the same time. Then go for a 10 minute jog followed by a 2 minute shower. etc.
Do these things and your energy will go through the roof and your emotional stability will increase too
