i'd say the most important thing would be to avoid covid before you're fully vaccinated.
also think about if you had some covid like symptoms that might have been a mild covid (depending on your age), if you think you had, i'd do the blood test first.
i'd do the antibodies test before too if it's available to you and not too expensive, just to measure vaccine efficacy and to confirm if you had covid.
monitor your body, especially for signs of coagulation problems (ex pain in veins of lower legs) and your heart for long lasting tachycardia (pulse above 100bpm).
i'd do a bloodtest several weeks after the whole vaccination period is over.
