I've always wondered if conjoined twins being raised as one person would somehow lead to better development and quality of life for them, Abby and Brittany aside. I've heard of a few instances of dicephalus twins being given one name, but none of them survived past infancy. Also, I stumbled upon a paper with an interesting thing at the end of the abstract.
