I would be more sympathetic to anti-vaxxers if they went around asking why we can't cure baldness and what that means for how much we understand the human body's micro-interactions. I mean, scientists are still trying to figure out why the AZ and J&J vaxes cause clotting in rare cases, having identified only PF4 antibodies without a known cause.
