Let's suppose you are X standard deviations above average height, you breed with a woman who is Y sd above average height (for females in her case of course), your kids will be on average (X + Y)/2 sd above average in height. You should be able to calculate those numbers yourself.
Btw, this assumes complete heritability, good nutrition and shit like that counts too.

Take the average of you and your partner's height, then add 2 to 4 inches for a male child. (6'3" + 5'5") / 2 = 5'10" + 2 = 6'0".

If you're 6'3" and the mom is 5'9", I think at least 6'2" for a male. My dad is 6'3" and mom is 5'11", I'm 6'4". Hell, my uncle is 6'0" and aunt is like 5'3" or 5'4" and my cousin still hit 6'1".

Women are on average 5.5" shorter than men. Calculate her "male heighrt" equivalent and then calculate the mean of your childs height distribution. This method gets more accurate the more close family members of her and you are included, to control for outliers.
