Presumably it's because Asians do a good job of feeding their kids. It also implies that most people would do better if they lived in a society without garbage food.

It's a very weak correlation (much weaker than race). In fact it correlates just as strongly as with nutrition which influences both height and IQ so what we're really seeing could simply be the variance caused by nutrition.

No, because the correlation still exists in countries where everyone gets adequate nutrition (in terms of what's necessary for your brain to develop properly).
