Process into hexaflouride gas using HF.
To purify isotopes, use difussion enrichment. Normally they use very fast centrifugues but a poor person can do with common gas compressors. Compress and release gas, the heaviest fractions will remain.
It might not be realistic for a bomb but you might get like a gram of enriched uranium (to 10% or something) if you keep at it for several years using your house electric supply.
