The mrna vaccines insert mrna into the body and let cells make the spike proteins instead.

Tbh the ideal one would be the live vaccine (Sinopharm, Sinovac, Valneva) just because it's really established and wouldn't expect anything unexpected. If you're English you might see Valneva in a few months so maybe consider it. I'm American so my best bet might be Novavax when it comes out Q4 2021/ Q1 2022 though my time might be limited.
