Sex would be most likely to occur soon after imprisonment when the male and female are fairly equally matched in hotness. A male can be expected to have lower standards than a female, though, therefore the maximum probability occurs when the relative hotness is a little greater than zero.
The probability of sex occuring at any given time is constant, but higher in these more equally matched pairings. This means that they are more likely to have had sex at any given time than a pairing with low relative hotness.
Finally, note that this doesn't rule out the possibility that a hot/uggo pairing will have sex after a short time. Also note that all pairings, no matter the relative hotness, will eventually have sex after sufficient time has elapsed.
