It involves some expensive stuff and it degrades quicker than a lithium battery on Mars but yeah if you have charged particle radiation you can extract electricity directly from that
It's really not worth it

It might be possible to make a Tokamak with coils wrapped around it so the magnetic field produced by the plasma generates current directly but it's also possible that is way less efficient than just boiling water.
