You're not bad, OP, don't let anyone tell you otherwise, just take your experience and learn from it that your conditions aren't good enough, and keep improving yourself and your filter, vet and background check not just on the girl and family but her social circles as well, if she's a sentient human being you can try to tell her to stop contact with any slut/trash friend she has, if she's not she's going to cheat on you sooner or later unless you got a leash on her.
