Why can pharmacies flat out refuse to fill a prescription, just because they read some fake news piece on some drug?
Should pharmacies lose the right to control which prescriptions need filling and how?
The only legitimate reasons for refusal are:
>Crooked doctor prescribes his cartel member patient 2kg of meth and oxy
>Doc confused one drug for a similar sounding other drug
>Patient shows up with fake looking recipe
At the very least pharmacist should have some rules on what prescriptions they can't refuse. Right now they could just refuse you a life saving medication because they read a blog post about how the company producing it doesn't hire enough trannies.
It is madness that pharmacist get to police off label use. They are nothing more than glorified cashiers and should focus on keeping the shelves clean and tidy.
