>>13572727Well i said its in an angle because i'm planning to build a small Electricity generator from Water and I own a piece of land in the mountains that has a big steep slope where I could make use of the Rainwater and melting water on a flat surface. 75000 Liter water on 500 m2 are like 150 Liters per squarefeet, so its a calculation for a shor tperiod of Extremely heavy rainfall.
Actually i have to make a correction, I figured 500 m2 will most likely generate around 4-8 Liter Water/second during heavy rainfall. Lets say I make a watertank connected to a turbine that is 5 meters high witha diameter of 2.5 Meters to collect all the water from the 500m2 and then send it through a turbine.
I mean i know theres a shitton of factors to consider, like the pressure differential, the Pipe material, the Tankshape, the Quality of the turbines etcetc... But I just want to get to a rough number, If it'd be feasible to attempt to generate Electricity in an area with an abundance of Rain&Melting water.
