Yes but it shattered due to the human biology, just like the search for a female viagra found that it's impossible to stimulate women, because it's simply no enough to stimulate some blood vessels around the vagina.

It's mechanically impossible to enlarge the penis because of the corpus cavernosum, it's not a static part like female breasts where you just shove a piece of silicone underneath.
All methods are scams that provide a tiny benefit of like 0.5 inches, but with the risks of ED and scarification.
There is only one single FDA approved method in the US, their implant is called "Penuma", read the reviews to get a picture of how big promises crash and burn when tested in reality

You are right in that current penis enlargement methods give very little and very poor results. The current methods are all mechanical in nature (stretchers, implants etc.) and carry serious risk with them (most notably scarring).

The real holy grail will be inducing organic growth of the penis biochemically, just like the growth that took place during puberty.

The difference between a pubertal penis and an adult one is that the pubertal one has a set of genes active that allows growth to occur in response to the right signals. In adulthood these genes are turned off via epigenetic modifications and you get a penis that no longer grows but that is otherwise identical in structure. Turn these genes back on again and the growth function returns. This is the stuff that should be researched.

Next year I'll be running a protocol that should bring me from 6x5 to 8x6 BPELxEG over a span of 18 months to 2 years. I'll probably write up my findings when I do. There are known reliable ways to achieve this kind of growth but they're dangerous, expensive and require substances which are difficult to get a hold of (where I live anyway).

The stretchers work. I've been using them for years and my dick works fine. You have to be super consistent with it though. Expect to grow 1mm per month. My dick has grown over 1.5 inches since I started.
