No. Though, hot liquids can sometimes freeze faster than when it's cold due to the Mpemba effect.

You could test this if you lived in a cold climate by boiling water, and throwing it outside.

I think so, wouldn't the layer of hot air around the hot object be more turbulent or whatever, and mix with the room temperature air more? I mean I definitely don't think they would normalize at the exact same speed. Everyone calling you retarded and citing the laws of physics is missing the point of the question
