Well, it's almost an approximation for pi, but the last digit is off, so I'm forced to assume it's just a random sequence, since it makes the fewer assumptions.

The chances of a random 12 digit sequence having the same digits of pi for 11 digits is 1 in 100 billion.I believe the chances of a 12 digit sequence that someone makes being almost pi but with the last digit changed is much higher. Occam's razor is just a heuristic for when you don't really have any estimate of the probabilities of the assumptions. When creating scientific models, there is no real way to estimate the probability of nature conforming to a particular assumption, so each assumption might as well be treated as equally unlikely, which would mean that more assumptions = less likely.

The chances of the Big Bang resulting in the emergence of human life were pretty slim. The chances of an omnipotent sky daddy creating it exactly as he intended are much better.

I would disagree with your premises, but that is a valid argument. I am actually an almost-theist because the big bang does not explain the existence of the universe, as you can ask why the big bang exists. Any explanation that falls outside of the category of a supernatural ultimate creator must be so outlandishly complicated that the chance of it being the true explanation is negligible. With what information we have, God is the most reasonable explanation for the universe.
