How sensitive to pressure would such a species need to be in order to detect gravity waves in order to communicate? How powerful or sophisticated would their emitters have to be? Would communication to them be equivalent to punching the other person? Would they only ever send out a signal that requires congregation?

OP's proposal is super far-fetched, detecting gravity waves is very cumbersome for us, but there could be ways to do it better
the problem is CREATING them, which both of you faggots fully ignored
you don't wobble the fucking fabric of the universe with your thoughts
this shit literally only becomes noticeable when something outrageously violent occurs, like collision of fucking black holes

There's no huge advantage to gravity wave communications AFAIK.
