Its coming, medical research is slow because there is so much red tape. We have some working prototypes, but at the moment are super expensive and not great.

Those prosthetics are so expensive that hardly any normal person could afford them. They're probably continuing to develop and refine them, but the business side can't start to flourish before they can sell them at attainable prices, so there's very little that they can promote to the public. They're probably just receiving funding from the military and whatever else, like that Boston Dynamics place that was developing the robots
