Regarding pain, doctors can more accurately judge pain of patients that are the same race as them. They perceive the pain of patients that are a different race as being lower.

Also there are racial differences with how patients deal with pain. Look up ethnic differences in pain management for more info.

Fun fact: Surgeons hate working on fat people AND super fit people. Fat people have too much fat crowding their organs which makes operations more difficult and their fat fuck bodies are more difficult to physically work around. Super fit people have very little space inside their bodies for surgeons to move their instruments around in leading to higher rates of damaging surrounding organs. Surgeons say standard non-fat people make the best patients.

as to other comparable groups commiting less crime Im not aware of any, atleast not major ones. Hispanics have a far different situation from black people, asians even more different.
