Has anyone here fixed sudden onset brain fog? What tests do I ask to be run? Im 28 and feel like I have Alzheimer's.
Sometime in the last 6 months brain fog, forgetting words and familiar names, cant concentrate. I exercise or run daily

How many hours of sleep do you get? Do you drink a lot of water? Eat a lot of carbs? Make sure to meditate for 30 minutes a day. (I do none of this btw)

Maybe. I am not a doctor, but clinical depression is depressed function of literally everything. Personal experience. It sucked. Medical diagnosis is needed because some symptoms can be caused by quite a number of potential problems.
