The sentence doesn't even make sense, as there was no "you" before birth. It's like asking where the "2" in the alphabet is. Such a sentence is actually on a different level of paradoxicity than other common ones such as "This sentence is a lie.", which at least still parses into legible sub-components, every one making sense to some hypothetical disembodied universe-intelligence. "Nothing before I was born" only makes sense inside the mind of someone that was born and that has a faulty idea of nothingness.
