At what age does the human skull stop growing?

I think my skull has increased in size gradually over the past few years. I'm not yet 30, but I think it's been growing. My hats don't fit any more. My head-to-shoulder width ratio has changed when I look at the mirror. The arms on my sunglasses seem to stretch wider.
