I have a sneaky suspicion that a large percentage of the world's population, experiences increased anxiety and high risk of panic attacks, specifically due to coffee/caffeine consumption and nobody is aware of it yet.
Ever since I quit coffee, I am significantly less anxious and I was never even a big drinker. Just the regular cup a day, was enough to subtly change my mental state to a more anxious one without me being aware, and since I've gotten used to it I thought it was "normal".
All these fucking years and it was coffee that was making me miserable.
I'm sure it doesn't affect everyone the same way, but something's definitely going on with some people and certain genes. Please tell me I'm not the only one.
