Yes but it probably has more to do with height and is only racial in the sense that height is determined by race. For every BBC you can find a BWC that equals it you can't find a BAC for every BBC or BWC. Even the largest outlier Asian penises look thoroughly average when compared with BWC or BBC.

We don't actually know, not until there is an actual unbiased study done.
But anecdotally I'm part black and I'm basically the definition of average in every way. So maybe my BBC upgrade is stuck in the mail, but it hasn't arrived yet either way.

Yes, you will never find an Asian penis that looks like this. If you did it would be the in 99.9999999th percentile. You can easily find many Black and White penises that look like this because Whites and Blacks are similar in overall potential height thus similar in overall penis length potential.

Look Rushton pushed for the idea of K being correlated with higher IQ and he was a little miffed to find the data said it wasn't.
No the ability to adapt when presented with novel data is quite strongly correlated with IQ.
If I remember correctly r/K was only weakly correlated with IQ but still it contributes to overall personality traits especially at larger scale.
