I acknowledge this beause of the fact that people tend to forget how much of their "intelligence", is simply culturally ingrained knowledge and patterns that their brain managed to adapt to at the correct age. As an example: an illiterate adult from 6 thousand years would have trouble learning the grammar structures we use now, and would have trouble understanding the concept of language rules to begin with. A lot of conceptual intelligence is either acquired socially or through early schooling.
