For comparison, that's in the same ballpark as being struck by lightning in a given year (300,000:1) or winning the lottery if you play every week for a year (270,000:1).
Given those odds, and given the high amount of negative side effects up to and including death that are over 50 times more likely than for traditional vaccines, as well as possible long term side effects that we can't know yet, I have personally taken the rational decision of not taking the Covid vaccine for the foreseeable future.
