The dark infront combined with the light behind the dress makes the white seem #63 75 9b (most dominant is B with a value of ). Notice that someone who sees stuff more saturated/dark will start seeing this as blue.
The golden stripes seem #80 70 59 (most dominant term is R with a value ). I can't understand how can this be seen as black but with dark enough screen maybe.
Whoever thinks that this dress is blue/dark should stop expressing his opinions over the internet. I don't even know why I played around in photoshop, this dress is confirmed white with golden stripes.
