Images or videos? If it's images you could train a NN to detect stuff but it would probablly do a shit job of it, if it's anime it might have a slightly better chance as characters are easier to recognize. If you just want to get rid of duplicates, just rename every file to the md5 checksum and that will automatically remove identical images.

Current Ai cannot even reliably classify something as porn or not. Espeically large areas of skin like tones confuse it.

Download the latest state of the art image classification model and then train it with self tagged.

Hard part would be how would it determine which part of the video to use for classifying.

Doubtless there's several of those on /g/, though you may need to await one of the "coomer utilities" generals that have appeared now and then this year, or search the archives for them via the term. I saved quite a few of those for the lulz pertaining to loli & such.
