it is obvious that in the past, our human ancestors could accomplish much more by banding together and dividing labors in many ways.
now, this instinct for making teams has been abused and turned (in part) into flag waving on social media. being part of a party on social media isn't advantageous and it's obviously (to me) mentally damaging.
