Alright /sci/ I don't know enough about microscopes but I need to buy a decent one. Pretty sure I want an oil lens compound, would prefer to be able to hook it up to a laptop, at least 2500x and willing to spend up to 500, prefer 200-300 but I don't know what quality brands are.
Secondly how about this Lab Sim that is entirely fucking worthless? Someone recommended Beyond Labz to be able to run some fun experiments in and do some sims, get some experience not fucking up. So my chemistry buddy is like
>"Oh! Grab 200mL of Sulfuric Acid, 100mL of iso alcohol then dump in a sprinkle of potassium permagnate"

>There is no sulfuric acid (you can find it in one or two of the Labs)
>There is no isopropyl alcohol, anywhere, in the whole fucking program
>There is no Potassium permagnate
All I want is a Sim where I can choose what equipment I'm using, but all chemicals are available all of the time. Is that so fucking hard? It's 2021 goddamnit, why don't we have a decent chemlab sim?
