Right, I've got your attention:

The explanation is quite straight forward. Black populations have lower GI (General Intelligence) levels compared to white populations and the GI is lower by one standard deviation.
Lower GI leads to higher levels of frustration in modern society. This frustration leads to violence.

-Higher recidivism rates which means more reoffensers that inflates the base stat of their crime rate. This is backed up by FBI crime research easy to google.

-High exposure to water containmented by lead pipes which causes deterioration in executive region in the brain that controls impulse. Lots of urban district complexes are structurally old. Way past the complaince for general housing. For context buying a house older than 1975 requires the purchaser to be informed to have walls and pipes checked lead.NIH/CDC confirms US blacks have the highest blood lead levels of any demographic in the country. Again easy to google.

-Disprotion exposure to lower income neighborhoods that are dumping grounds for criminals released. If you view criminal behavior as a disease of the mind releasing it back into the public without properly treating it will cause the behavior to spread. Especially to younger teens and children who are still impressionable.

-Single motherhood due to welfare state which financially discourages intact nuclear families. This is due to receiving higher monetary benefits due to reduce income from one working (or non-working) parent instead of two. Lack of nuclear family means young males do not receive guidance on appropriate behavior in terms of controlling anger. Women often times are ill equipped to handle males especially at teenage years where they are physically outmatched. And the fathers are often discouraged from participating because often times the mother benefits more from him not being home especially when welfare benefits and child support is involved.

Nope, there are entire african countries with lower homicide rates than blacks in US cities. Rwanda for example is 99.9% Sub-Saharan black yet has rates lower in comparison that is almost comical.

You basically have to find sub-saharan African countries with perpetual civil wars to match the homicide percentage rates to the US.

Perpetual civil wars? You mean what happens when a government isn't strong enough? Yeah, an autoritarian regime is the only way to bring those rates down, just like with arabs. There's your striking difference between the west and those countries

There's that issue but there's also the fact most of the political lines that divide Africa into countries actually fracture previous tribal territories. Which is why you have a lot of these civil wars in the first place.

Also nothing wrong with authoritarian regimes once in while. Most societies go through that kind of phase and Europeans have had experienced with that kind of power structure in the past.
