True, but what about using it as a combat testing platform? I assume China is sophisticated enough to get some useful data from combat trials of various stuff in general. I'm not trying to shill, just playing devil's advocate. I don't see the US lining up their drives and blowing them to pieces, and I feel like they were in such a rush there was probably no time to Gutman wipe everything

I'm not talking about the copters. Read my post. Using the uh-60's as a platform for weapons the chinks /don't/ know about. Radar systems, new missiles, dew, etc. That data could be in the drives on the aircraft or in computers left in the bases. I'm not saying there /is/, I'm saying I'm concerned there /could be/.

Hardly relevant even if there was. Just makes it a little easier for them than just stealing it. Hell, actually on second thoughts, its probably cheaper for them to steal the data and blueprints than to retrieve and reverse engineer the shit. Less fucking around.

Then there is the fact that the US has passed it peak, soon it will the US trying to steal China's technology. China probably isnt that interested in US tech anymore.
