I didn't say the materialist's conclusion is based off measurements.
I said the materialist's argument is that, *if* we were able to measure all the variables, we would conclusively be able to predict the outcome every single time.

We know conclusively that the material world affects the mind. Conversely, we have no evidence of the immaterial affecting the mind.
These points does not disprove free will, but are evidence against it.
