I'd venture to guess it's out of an excess of precaution rather than anything else, women of a fertile age are some of the least likely to suffer severe COVID effects.

I'd venture there are many people with the other conditions on that graph, who experience covid symptoms, and don't bother going to the hospital.

Forgot to mention, I believe pregnant women also make routine visits to the hospital even when not feeling sick. They probably perform covid tests while there.
