"Handbook of Mathematics", 6th edition.
All is explained VERY concisely with small
examples, especially good if you're in grad
school or at calculus-based physics courses.
I call it the NYNEX Mathematical White Pages--
if anything's out there, it's in here with a number
on it!
Also, pair it with a good calc book just in case
for more detail, if you desire. Once you pinpoint
that integration down, practice it a few times
until you get it. Ask yourself how you get the
next step from the previous every time and
you'll notice the little details soon enough.
