Hello anons- I have a problem for you- and I know how much you like solving problems.

I want to start a business to forward my batshit crazy mad-science biology ideas, but to do so I need to do the research needed to really start-up the product so I have a basis to “sell.” Where do I do this preliminary research? Are there investment opportunities for purely theoretical research without any tangible hard data?
