I would need somenthing that blocks noradrenaline in CNS (for anxiety reduction purpose) but not peripherally (noradrenaline if blocked peripherally it blocks erections)

In general the only thing that seperates a peripheral and centrally acting agent is whether it can pass the blood-brain barrier. All centrally acting agents will therefore also act peripherally. To limit the peripheral effects of a central agent you need to take a second peripherally acting counter drug. There are lots of central anti-anxiety pathways other than noradrenaline (which is mainly a peripheral agent anyway?).

I would need because in stress situations it get released and inhibits erections
