I never took highschool physics, but Intro to Physics at my college recommends some prior physics knowledge.

What's the best way I can get caught up in like 3 weeks?

Also, I already did Calc 1-3 and Linear Algebra.

Highschool physics generally means a very basic overview of some of the main branches of physics without any real mathematical detail, in particular newtonian mechanics. If you already have a decent background in calculus it's not a big deal to skip it, otherwise just grab a textbook and read through it. Here in the UK the last two years of high school are spent on AS and A level exams - any textbook covering the curriculum of these should be more than enough.
