Other than studying, I dropped the whole self-discipline/consistency shtick and started focusing on "good enough." For instance, I take a few supplements including vitamin D, but I can't always be bothered doing so, so I might go a day or two without taking anything. Or if I can't be bothered going to the gym, I don't go and don't feel guilty about it. But as long as I'm going, like, 80% of the time, I'm still making steady gains. Even only once a week is better than nothing.
