What are you expecting? The PLA already has Black Hawks, a Seahawk itself isn't a huge deal. No way they left anything actually secret behind.

The Biden administration has seized billions of Afghanistan's sovereign funds and is refusing to turn it over to the Taliban government. So yes, of course the Taliban is going to sell all of the US tech it can find to the Chinese. What's more, the US knows this but for reasons of political showmanship, they need to look like they're "doing something". The political careers of the administration are more important than the country's military secrets.
