>>13532761It's funny because with this whole covid thing; this is the first real pandemic that's happened in the age of digital information.
Thus, we're seeing the scientific method happen unironically in real time. They're coming up with ideas, testing them, and disproving them to come up with more ideas (i'm simplifying for brevity). But people have been allowed to stay brainlets in this age of digital information, so when they see that the data has moved around a lot on covid, they like to screech that it's all garbage because the scientists keep changing what they're saying.
The modern era has allowed for the kind of person who is educated enough to question what is in a vaccine, but not educated or intelligent enough to understand how the science behind it actually works. Because most of the science that the public encounters is usually a finished product for the most part. Rather than being some experimental shit that they're still figuring out.
I would hope and prey that this board of all places would have some folk who realize that, but they most obviously aren't here unfortunately. You talk about covid at all and all of the retarded coservatives and schizos come out with some half-ass luke warm take about "muh rna" or "but gubment overreach" but they can't ever actually post sources to any of these things.
But this is 4chan. Why would we care about getting our info right?
But to answer OP's question; the shots won't kill you. They're designed to help protect you against it and lessen it's effects if you do actually become sick. Knocking covid from 'potentially lethal' to the 'flu-like' symptoms that those of us on the right wing like to go on about so often.
