There's plenty of pragmatic evidence. There's just no absolute proof, which is a different thing. Solipsism can't be refuted by logical argument.

Here people differ on whether there's even pragmatic evidence for a soul or god.

In fact the formal logic which form the basis of arguments for distributed consciousness come from the same philosophers as those that underpin the arguments for the existence of a god/soul. I would put all logic based metaphysical arguments in the same class of evidence. To believe that consciousness outside of oneself exists requires as much faith as to believe that a god exists. Academia affirms the former, but denies the latter, (probably because the former is useful). Materialists do the same, not because of any noble ideal, simply because academia told them to.
