If you take these letter codes as valid units and violate basic biology even more, you can claim that the root of this tree is at the A1b-BT* split, this would make Africans a distinct sister clade to Eurasians.
It is wrong because Neanderthals or Chimps as outgroups clearly place the root at A.
Haplogroups aren't real things.
